Saddle nose

Saddle nose is also a special nasal shape that mostly occurs to oriental people. As the name suggests, this nasal shape looks like a "saddle." It may occur simultaneously with upturned nose or insufficient nose tip. Structurally, the problem is the result of nasal bone dysplasia.。

This young lady has the saddle nose and upturned nose issue. She received the "I-shaped" silicone artificial nasal implants, narrowed her nasal bone, reduced her nose tip cartilage, all while extending her nasal septum and padding her nose tip using auricular cartilages. This is a photo taken three months after the surgery.
